As the El Nino Early Report (Japan Meteorological Agency) announced on 8/9 (Fri), “Now, none of the weather patterns of El Nino and La Nina can be observed. This normal condition may last until this winter (40%), but it is more likely that La Nina weather pattern will happen (60%)”.

*Under the La Nina Weather Pattern, the summer is likely to be hotter than usual and in the winter, the Japan Sea side of Japan will have more snowfalls than usual because of the Westerlies which brings the cold wave to Japan.
